Abstract
In the urban society of Bandar Abbas, most of the hours of people's lives, especially women, are spent indoors, and the indicators of the living space play a large role in the physical and mental health of the residents, so this research has investigated the desirable spatial indicators of apartment houses from the perspective of the women of the household. The objectives of this research are, in the first step, to investigate the indicators of the living space, and in the second step, to study the comparative spatial indicators in the apartment houses of Bandar Abbas city from the perspective of the women of the household. This research is based on the qualitative-quantitative combined method, which uses both library and field research methods. The research process includes developing theoretical foundations, Delphi method, researcher-made questionnaires and statistical analysis and based on the demographic variables of age, income, education level, household composition, and residential history, a comparative study of the desirable indicators of the interior of the house from the perspective of the women of the household in apartment houses in Bandar Abbas city has been done. In order to measure the importance of each of the indicators of the living space from the experts' point of view, a questionnaire tool was used, according to which the indicators of the living space extracted from the theoretical foundations of the research were raised as questionnaire questions. To design the questionnaire, each of the indicators listed in the theoretical foundations of the research was compiled in the form of an item with specific definitions. In the mentioned issues, the existence and non-existence of living space indicators in apartment houses in Bandar Abbas city were investigated from the experts' point of view. There are various neighborhoods in the city of Bandar Abbas, and according to the nature of the research, the neighborhoods in which there are many apartment-dwellings were studied. The selection of the neighborhoods was based on the dominant residential environment of apartments and also the history of living in apartments. According to the table of Karjesi and Morgan, the population of the neighborhoods, 213 households were questioned.
According to the comparative linear diagram of the study groups, it was observed that the average level of importance in the indicators of flexibility, spatial hierarchy, spatial relations, guidance, spatial integration, spatial separation, spatial combination, spatial differentiation, spatial opening, spatial dynamics, space coziness, space nostalgia, harmony and balance, and the proportion and scale of the space in the doctoral study group are higher than other study groups. Only in the indicators of spatial diversity and spaciousness, the average grades of the bachelor's study group are higher than those of the doctorate. According to the graph of the comparative linear diagram of household compositions, it was observed that the average importance of the indicators of flexibility, spatial relations, guidance, spatial separation, spatial differentiation, spaciousness and coziness of the space of couples with children over 18 years old is higher than other groups. The level of importance of indicators of spatial hierarchy, spatial opening, spatial dynamics and proportion and scale is higher for people who live alone. The indicators of spatial integration, spatial combination, spatial diversity, and space nostalgia have also been more important for couples without children.
According to the comparative linear diagram of age groups, it was observed that the average level of importance in the indicators of flexibility, spatial hierarchy, spatial relations, guidance, spatial separation, spatial combination, spatial differentiation, spaciousness, spatial opening, spatial dynamics and coziness of space for older women than 50 years is more important than other age groups. The importance of the indicators of spatial integration, spatial diversity and harmony and balance for women 30-40 years old is higher than other age groups, and the indicators of space nostalgia and proportion and scale are more important for women under 30 years old. According to the comparative linear diagram of four income groups, it was observed that the degree of importance in the indicators of flexibility, spatial hierarchy, spatial relations, guidance, spatial integration, spatial combination, spatial diversity, spatial differentiation, spatial opening, spatial dynamics, coziness, space nostalgia, harmony and balance, proportion and scale in the income group of 20-30 million are higher than other income groups, and the index of spaciousness in the income group below 10 million tomans is more important than other groups and the index of spatial separation in the income group above 30 million is higher than other groups.
According to the comparative linear diagram based on the history of living in an apartment, it was observed that the degree of importance in the indicators of flexibility, spatial hierarchy, guidance, spatial combination, spatial integration, spatial relations, diversity, differentiation, spaciousness, opening, dynamics, coziness, nostalgia, harmony and balance, proportion and scale in terms of women who have lived in the apartment for less than 5 years is higher than other groups based on the records of living in the apartment, and only in the index of spatial separation, the average level of importance between people with a history of less than 5 years and more It has been equal to 30 years.
The index of "harmony and balance" followed by the index of "proportion and scale" has the highest average importance among the indicators of living space and "spatial diversity" followed by "spatial integration" has the lowest average importance in the view of the participants in the research. have had Also, the comparison of the linear graphs of the average importance of the spatial index between experts and residents shows that in most cases there is a difference of opinion between the views of residents and experts in the field of housing in Bandar Abbas city by about one unit of the seven-point Likert scale.
