Abstract
Housing indicators, as the main foundation of a comprehensive program and an essential tool for expressing various dimensions of housing, have a special place in housing planning. This is done through housing indicators, which can identify the current situation and identify the level of enjoyment and lack of enjoyment in various fields such as regional development and desirability using existing techniques and their ranking. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to spatially analyze the qualitative indicators of sustainable housing in the city of Ardabil. The present study is applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive-analytical in nature. Information collection is generally through library and documentary methods such as the 2016 General Population and Housing Census. For data analysis, Arc Catalog software was used to prepare the data, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model was used to weight the criteria, and the Todim model and the Moran model were used to measure spatial differentiation. The findings show that the first-ranked Naderi neighborhood has very high stability. While the Kalkhoran neighborhood has very low stability. Based on the results of the Moran model, the spatial distribution of the stability of housing quality indicators in the neighborhoods of Ardabil follows a cluster pattern that indicates spatial inequality in the 13 neighborhoods of Ardabil. Therefore, in order to take the necessary measures to reduce the spatial inequalities of housing quality in the neighborhoods of Ardabil, it seems necessary to develop a program based on spatial justice to reduce its inequalities.
