Identifying the causes of non-realization of green space utilization of detailed plan (case study: Adimi city)

Abstract
The most important issue in urban development plans and especially in the field of implementation is the issue of realizability in order to realize the interests of all the stakeholders in the field of urban planning. Therefore, the process of preparing, approving and implementing these plans should be in a form, therefore, the purpose of this study is to briefly introduce the causes of the non-fulfillment of green space use of the detailed plan in Adimi based on the views of experts in the urban area of ​​this city. According to the type of problem and the statistical population of the research, the method of systematic contextual theory has been used. In order to collect data, a semi-structured questionnaire was first designed, and then in-depth interviews were conducted with 9 experts and city managers using the purposeful snowball sampling method. The textual data from the interviews were analyzed using the coding method.
